LG G6 launched with Dual Cameras,18:9 screen ratio, Snapdragon 821 and 3300 mAh Battery Ritesh Kumbala February 26, 2017 News The Mobile World Congress has begun, and LG has launched their new flagship, named the LG G6. With the G6, LG has made some significant design changes to their flagship device. The LG G6 sports a 5.7 inch 2880×1440 screen with the ratio of 18:9 which gives a pixel density of 564ppi. The rear cameras are of 13MP wide angle (F2.4, 125°) / 13MP Standard OIS 2.0 (F1.8, 71°) Sony IMX258 sensor, while the front camera is of 5MP with F2.2 aperture. The chipset used here is Snapdragon 821 coupled with 4GB LPDDR4 RAM. All this gets powered by a non-removable 3300mAh battery which supports QC 3.0. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with Google Assistant built-in. It is IP68 certified, water and dust resistant. The device is not modular, unlike previous LG devices. The fingerprint sensor in located on the back of the device and it also doubles as the power button. The LG G6 comes in 3 colors – Ice Platinum, Mystic White, and Astro Black.
